Terms and Conditions
- Photo ID Proof Required: On arrival, please present one of the following original ID proofs at the reception: Passport, Voter ID, PAN card, or Driving License. The ID must match the name under which the booking was made.
- Married Couples: Must provide a marriage registration certificate or legally matching IDs to avail accommodations. Failure to do so may result in the denial of even confirmed accommodations.
- Unmarried Couples: Accommodations are strictly not allowed for unmarried couples inside the campus.
- Single Persons: Must undergo proper verification at the reception to avail accommodations. If verification fails or there is any suspicion, accommodation can be denied.
- Refund Policy: Refunds for canceled bookings will be processed as per the cancellation policy.
- Prohibited Activities:
* No smoking, drinking, or any type of intoxication (including coffee) is allowed on the campus.
* Eating or carrying any non-vegetarian products is forbidden.
* Playing any mundane (non-devotional) music is not allowed.
* No pets of any kind are allowed. - Legal Agreement: By booking your accommodation in the Mayapur guest house, you agree to be legally bound by the above terms and conditions.
